interrupted

Construction has stopped, and the structure remains incomplete.

A structure is interrupted when there is a significant lapse in construction. This status does not apply to proposals - only to structures where construction has already begun.

This status is assigned once construction has stopped for 3 months, or when an official announcement of construction stoppage has been made (whichever comes first).

When construction is halted in order to correct errors, a project should not be listed as interrupted even if progress stops for 3 months or longer, unless resumption of progress is not scheduled to resume promptly thereafter.
