SKYDB STANDARDS - Definitions about how to handle data on buildings

Making It Easier to Organize Data

SKYDB uses pre-defined data fields for organizing information in its database about tall buildings. A uniform understanding of the meaning of such fields is a pre-requirement for a cohensive collection of information.

SKYDB uses hundreds of definitions to explain terms about tall buildings. Users can look-up individual definitions for clarification and submit requests if certain fields or aspects are missing.

The Head of the Definitions is Daniel Kieckhefer. You can contact him if you have questions or if you are interested in participating.
