A stable and official subdivision of any second-level city district.

A third-level city district is a stable government-determined subdivision of a second-level city district. These are only listed for cities which have first- and second-level districts, and generally only when the second-level districts are cleanly divided into further divisions.

Official city subdivisions cannot be based on transitory divisions such as postal codes or electoral districts.
