female restrooms
Toilet facilities designated solely for female users, where restroom provision is a primary function of the building.
Female restrooms are toilet facilities designated for use solely by female persons, often with additional accommodation for washing, showering, changing clothes, or changing diapers.
This is only allowed as a main usage, and is applied only to buildings where some form of restrooms is a primary function.
Washing, changing, or similar facilities can accompany the toilets without changing the designated user group. The distinction concerns the facility's intended users, while its primary-function condition remains as stated above.
