Definitionsno specific standardobjectbuilt object

module

Any part of a structure which is treated separately in order to assign specific data or object relations to it.

A module is any part of a structure, or any unitary combination of parts extending across multiple structures. It can be defined by physical or temporal criteria, or by other conventions. Each module is assigned a particular type, which describes how it is distinguished from other parts of the structure.

Multiple modules may overlap each other in time and space. The number, size, and form of modules are limited by little else than the practical needs of describing various sections of buildings.
