A business aircraft hangar is a large shed or other shelter used for storage, maintenance, and/or repair of aircraft owned or leased by businesses or other organizations for their own use. The hangar may be shared by multiple organizations.

The organization can own or lease the aircraft. The defining relationship is its use of the aircraft for its own purposes.

Several organizations may share the hangar. A private aircraft hangar instead serves aircraft held by individuals for personal use.
