A sausage stand is a food vendor, take-out place, or an eatery without restaurant-style table service, which specializes in sausages (other than hot dogs), including various kinds of wurst.

Different kinds of sausage are included, including the varieties described as wurst. The vendor need not offer every kind.

Hot dog stands are expressly separate. This use retains both that food exclusion and the absence of restaurant-style table service.
