The highest element above a structure's architectural peak, completing its tip height.
The tip element identifies the highest object included in a structure's tip height. This applies whenever the tip height exceeds the architectural height. This field is closely related to the 'architectural top element'.
The element provides the highest physical point beyond the architectural summit. Its identity is separate from the numerical height measured to its top.
