image
A multicolor surface which is largely filled by one or more representational pictures.
A multicolor image on any surface indicates that more than half of it is covered by some picture, drawing, abstract form, painting, or sculptural relief which is widely understood to represent some other object or archetype. The image can be realistic, cartoon-like, silhouette, outline, abstract, impressionistic, distorted, or take any other style which allows it to remain widely recognizable as a referential picture.
More than half the surface must be occupied by the referential picture. The image can use abstraction or distortion if its reference remains widely recognizable.
Paintings, drawings, and sculptural reliefs are included forms. Decorative motifs that do not form a picture as a whole instead fit the separate ornamental-pattern description.
