Trailer rental companies lease or rent trailers and cabins to construction contractors for use as field offices during construction.

The trailer or cabin provides a field office for the contractor during construction. The definition concerns the rental or lease of that accommodation, rather than ordinary transport use of a trailer.

A modular space manufacturer makes modular units that can be used in buildings. The rental company instead makes trailers or cabins available for the temporary office use described here, without necessarily being their manufacturer.
