cycling

A venue for bicycle competition, training, or recreation, including velodromes and tracks used for those purposes.

A cycling venue is a space for competition, training, or recreational but non-transportation-oriented riding of bicycles. It includes velodromes and bicycle tracks used for these activities.

The bicycle riding is for sport, training, or recreation. Riding primarily as transportation between destinations is excluded.

Velodromes are included alongside bicycle tracks used for the same sporting or recreational purposes. The usage does not require a specific competitive event.
