picture frame store
A shop specializing in frames for paintings, posters, photographs, and other wall hangings.
A picture frame store is a retail space whose primary merchandise consists of frames and accessories for wall-mounted or table-mounted pictures, including paintings, posters, photographs, mirrors, certificates, mementos, and other display objects. Many picture frame stores offer services for putting pictures in the frames, either do-it-yourself or with professional assistance.
The frames can hold mirrors, certificates, or other display objects as well as pictures. Both wall and tabletop display are included.
Framing assistance can accompany the goods, either professionally or through customer participation. The shop need not manufacture or frame every item it sells.
