hospitality room

A hospitality room is an extra space in a building which is available for any tenant who wishes to host a gathering outside of the tenant's normally occupied space. These are typically used for parties, meetings, presentations, and other social or business gatherings.

This amenity applies mainly to residential and office buildings, not to conference spaces in hotels.

The space is additional to each tenant's normally occupied premises and available to tenants for hosting gatherings. A private room within one tenancy lacks that shared availability, while hotel conference space is outside the hospitality-room amenity described above.
