non-stop elevator ride time

The uninterrupted bottom-to-top ride time in an elevator, using the minimum journey time in the longest elevator for a whole building.

Non-stop elevator ride time is the time that it takes to ride the full length of an elevator's shaft, from the lowest level to the highest level, without making any stops along its route. When applied to a whole building or structure (as opposed to a single elevator), this value represents the fastest (minimum ride time) elevator journey from bottom to top in the longest elevator.

This is a measurement of the installation as it runs, not a property of the building. Lift speeds are reset, drives are slowed as they age, and a roof that opened in ten minutes when new can take longer later, so a duration belongs to the date it was taken on.

Where several installations exist, the value describes the one named in the field and not an average of them.
