A place for fencing training or contests between protected opponents using foils, epees, or sabers.
A fencing site is a place designated for training or performance in classical swordfighting contests, in which masked and armored participants attempt to strike each other with a thin sword while parrying the opponent's strikes. Either a foil, épée, or saber may be used as a weapon.
