exercise facility
A common space intended for building tenants and equipped for aerobic or anaerobic exercise.
An exercise facility is a common space intended for tenant use, which contains aerobic and/or anaerobic exercise equipment, including treadmills, weights, stair machines, etc.
If a building contains a fitness club or other facility as a tenant, which is not especially intended for other tenants of the building, then that counts as a usage and not as a building property or amenity.
If more than one structure in a complex shares a single exercise facility, then the property applies to the structure where it is located, even though its use is intended beyond the tenants of that building.
