Serviced apartments are extended-stay lodgings with flexible leases and hotel services. They are usually luxury accommodations but can also include less expensive boarding houses.
The accommodation combines an extended stay with flexible leasing and hotel services. An ordinary apartment under a fixed residential arrangement has different occupancy and service conditions.
Luxury is common without being essential. A less expensive boarding house can have the same flexible lodging and service arrangement.
