floodlights at night
The facade is bathed in decorative light projected from outside on a regular basis.
A structure is listed as having nighttime floodlights when there are regularly employed lights installed on or around the structure which bathe the surface in light at night or in twilight.
It is not necessary that floodlighting be employed every night or for a whole night, only that it is used on a regular and frequent basis. The lighting should cover a large or prominent part of the structure. Floodlighting can be any color.
Floodlights illuminate the structure by projecting light onto a large or prominent surface. Ornamental illumination is visible at the light source itself; occasional one-time lighting does not meet the regular-use condition for nighttime floodlights.
