Bulk storage of unprocessed oils from plants, including crop oils, excluding packaged plant-oil products.
Plant oil storage facilities are places for bulk storage of unprocessed plant oils, such as soybean oil, corn oil, palm oil, coconut oil, etc. This does not include warehouse spaces for storage of packaged plant oil products.
The oil is held as an unprocessed bulk agricultural commodity. The plant source can vary among oil-producing crops.
Packaged oils held as warehouse merchandise are excluded. The distinction concerns the stored form and processing stage of the oil.
