donor
The person or organization that most recently donated a built object to its current holder.
A donor is the person, company, organization, institution, or other entity who most recently donated a built object (e.g. a sculpture) to its current holder.
The connection follows the latest donation to the present holder. Someone who donated the same object to an earlier holder does not occupy this role for a later transfer.
The donated item can be a sculpture or another built object. Providing funds for construction is a different contribution from donating the object itself.
