qualitative indicators
Predefined or subjective measurements of various qualitative aspects of properties.
Qualitative indicators include any data fields which measure the value of a property, structure, or structural module in any way. They may reflect subjective assessments or may be gathered according to defined parameters.
An indicator assesses some qualitative aspect of a property. The assessment can follow defined parameters or depend on judgment, so the presence of a score does not necessarily imply a direct physical measurement.
Condition concerns the property's state against current expectations. A rating expresses an assessment under a recognized system; the system determines what its result means.
