A water-jet bathtub or small whirlpool within an individual unit, including similar products from any manufacturer.
A Jacuzzi or whirlpool bathtub is a tub or small pool featuring water jets that create a massaging flow of water. These include tubs made by the Jacuzzi company, whose trademark gives the object its common name, or any similar products made by other companies.
Only jacuzzis located within individual units qualify as unit amenities. Jacuzzis in common areas available for use by multiple tenants or visitors are classified separately.
The tub must be within the individual unit. A shared whirlpool available to multiple tenants or visitors is a different amenity, and the equipment need not be manufactured by Jacuzzi.
