conference center

Commonly available space with tables, seating, presentation equipment, and electronics suitable for business meetings.

A conference center is one or more rooms outfitted for businesslike meetings, generally with a large central table and several seats around it. Conference centers are generally expected to have podiums, screens, projectors, telecommunication equipment, and electronics necessary for holding business meetings. Presentation rooms with seats arranged facing one side are also often included.

A conference center is only listed as an amenity when it is available to all tenants or users of a building, or at least of a building's main usage zone.

The rooms are outfitted for businesslike meetings and shared by users of the building or its main usage zone. A central meeting table and a presentation layout are possible arrangements, while a business center more generally supports business tasks and communications away from the workplace.
