structural precast concrete fabricator

The manufacturer of precast concrete components used in a structure's framework.

A structural precast concrete fabricator is the company which manufactures precast (i.e. dry upon delivery) concrete panels, beams, or other components used in the load-bearing structural framework of a building or other structure.

The component is made of concrete before delivery and becomes part of the load-bearing framework. Panels and beams are examples of that supplied structural component, rather than an exhaustive list of possible forms.

A concrete supplier produces concrete for delivery, while the precast fabricator produces members already formed from it. Decorative concrete has a nonstructural architectural purpose and is distinguished by that use.
