kitchenware store
Retail space specializing in dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils, and/or appliances for food handling.
A kitchenware store is a retail space whose primary merchandise consists of products used for cooking, dining, and other activities centered around food, including food preparation and storage.
Kitchen wares generally include some combination of plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets, glasses, cups, serving dishes, decanters, cutting boards, grills, cutlery, eating utensils, serving utensils, kitchen appliances, food storage containers, placemats, napkins, hot pads, and any other objects related to household or commercial food handling.
The products can serve household or commercial food handling. Cooking, serving, and storing food all fall within the scope; a store need not stock every listed utensil or appliance.
