A security guard service indicates the presence of professional security staff on the premises, whose role is to protect tenants, users, and property from mischief and criminal harm. It does not refer to remote video surveillance of a property, even if the property is watched in real time by off-site security personnel.
The staff must be on the premises and available throughout the hours of use, or around the clock. That availability distinguishes the service from occasional visits.
Remote camera monitoring alone is expressly excluded, even when off-site staff watch continuously. The feature identifies professional security personnel present at the property.
