The third level of subdivision inside a municipality, below a second-level district.
The third level district tier holds subdivisions of a second-level district, in the few municipalities that maintain three levels.
Cities that reach this depth are normally the very large ones with a statistical division of their own, where a district divides into sub-districts and those into blocks.
Every region on this tier hangs under a second-level district, with a first-level district above that.
