OpenStreetMap relation

A relation groups other elements into something larger, such as a multipolygon or an administrative boundary. Region boundaries are commonly represented by relations, which is why this is the kind most often carried by a region.

A plain number with no fixed length, no padding and no segments. It counts separately from nodes and ways, so the same number can identify different elements of those three types.

Where the kind is not known, use OpenStreetMap ID instead.
