colleague request pending
A relationship in which one person has indicated a colleague relationship with the other, who has not yet reciprocated.
A pending colleague request is a one-way connection between two persons, when one person has initiated that the other is a colleague but the second person has not yet confirmed that relationship. As soon as the connection is mutually confirmed, it is automatically changed to a colleague connection.
The connection remains unconfirmed by the second person. It does not yet have the mutual confirmation of an established colleague relationship.
Acceptance completes the colleague connection. The pending state concerns that confirmation process rather than a separate kind of employment.
