rubber storage
Bulk storage of raw or recycled rubber for further processing, excluding finished or packaged rubber products.
Rubber storage facilities are places for bulk storage of raw rubber, either before it is used in the manufacture of finished products, or as a recycled material. Rubber in bulk storage may be in the form of sheets, pellets, or other formats suitable for further processing and manufacturing. This usage does not include storage of any finished or packaged rubber products.
New raw material and recovered rubber are both included. The storage purpose can precede manufacture or follow recovery for another processing cycle.
Sheets and pellets are possible bulk forms. A finished rubber article held as merchandise belongs to a different storage situation.
