waffle restaurant
A table-service restaurant featuring waffles as its main menu specialty, often with other breakfast or later-meal dishes.
A waffle restaurant is an eatery with table service where waffles are the featured course on the menu. These restaurants usually serve an array of breakfast foods, but often include several lunch and dinner courses on the menu.
Waffles are the featured course. A wider breakfast menu can be offered without replacing that specialization.
Later meals can also be served. The defining feature is the waffle offering rather than a morning-only schedule.
