2nd-level district
A stable government-determined subdivision of a first-level district, in a municipality that has that higher tier.
A second-level district is a stable government-determined subdivision of a first-level district. These are only listed for municipalities which have first-level districts, and generally only when those are cleanly divided further.
Official subdivisions cannot be based on transitory divisions such as postal codes or electoral districts.
The division is subordinate to an existing first-level district. It describes a further territorial subdivision rather than a separate municipality or a temporary service area.
