A site used in the distribution of electric power between its points of generation and use.
A power distribution site is a place where electrical power is routed or distributed between a generation plant, harnessing site, or local generator at one end, and the end users at the other end.
The distribution role lies between the power source and the end user. It includes power supplied by a local generator as well as a larger generation plant.
