A distinct outdoor area constructed for a recreational purpose with one or many minor supporting structures.
A playsite is a distinct outdoor area consisting of planted, paved, or otherwise configured land, along with an array of component constructions, in order to form a recreational facility.
The prepared land and its component constructions together form the recreational site. Planting or paving is part of that whole rather than necessarily a separate facility.
The recreational purpose distinguishes the site from land prepared for cultivation or another non-recreational activity. Different component structures can support the same outdoor facility.
