Bulk storage of raw manufactured or recycled plastics for further processing, excluding finished or packaged plastic products.
Plastic storage facilities are places for bulk storage of raw plastics, whether manufactured or recycled. Plastics in bulk storage may be in the form of sheets or other formats suitable for further processing and manufacturing. This usage does not include storage of any finished or packaged plastic products.
The material remains an input for further manufacturing or processing. A sheet can be a raw plastic form when it is held for that purpose.
Recycled plastic is included on the same basis as newly manufactured material. Storage of completed plastic goods or packaged plastic products is excluded.
