Coral is a medium shade of reddish orange or salmon-orange, about as bright as medium orange but with less yellow content. It is considered an exotic and attention-getting paint color, and is not used frequently in building facades.

The reduced yellow contribution distinguishes coral from a more neutral orange. Its appearance does not require coral as a material. The hex triplet is a comparison sample for a range of similar facade colors, rather than an exact-match requirement.
