hvac renewal ends

Renewal of HVAC systems ends at the completion of any replacement or significant upgrade of any or all of its heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

The completed work can concern one HVAC system or several. Replacement of every heating, ventilation, and air conditioning component is not required.

HVAC renewal begins records the onset of the same work. The renewal endpoint concerns those systems and need not coincide with completion of a wider building renovation.
