Dubai building number
The number assigned by Dubai Municipality to a physical building, distinct from the plot and Land Department property numbers.
Dubai Municipality numbers the physical buildings of the emirate, and this field holds the number of one of them. It identifies the structure as built, whoever happens to own it.
The municipality numbers the ground as well. The parcel number names the plot, and several buildings can stand on a single parcel.
Ownership is registered elsewhere. The Land Department issues the project and property numbers, which describe the same building as a traded asset.
