Bulk storage of raw paper commodities, including cardboard and newsprint, excluding printed materials and finished packaging.
Paper storage facilities are places for bulk storage of paper in any raw form, including cardboard, newsprint, sheet paper, and posterboard. This does not include warehouse spaces for storage of printed paper materials, paper packaging, or other finished paper products.
The storage holds the paper material before its use as a printed item or finished paper product. Raw cardboard is included alongside other paper forms.
A warehouse of completed books, printed newspapers, or finished packaging is outside this usage. Pulp storage covers the wood pulp used to make paper.
