helipad height
The vertical distance from the base of a structure to the upper landing surface of its highest helipad.
The helipad height is the distance from the base of a structure to the upper surface of the highest helipad on the same structure.
The lower reference is the base of the structure. The measurement ends at the upper landing surface of the helipad.
A helipad on a podium or a lower wing still qualifies if it is the highest one on the structure. A railing or lighting mast beside the landing surface does not increase the helipad height.
