top mechanical floor height
The vertical distance from base level to the highest full mechanical floor.
This height may be greater or lesser than the highest occupied floor height, but these two heights cannot be equal. If the top floor is divided between mechanical and occupiable uses, then it is considered the top occupiable floor.
