A mechanized ride which swings passengers around in hanging seats.

A swing ride, sometimes called a whirligig, is a motorized ride which rotates around a central point, carrying passengers who are suspended in swings. Many swing rides add to the thrill by lifting the seats and dropping them slightly. It is generally a milder thrill than a roller coaster or pendulum ride, but faster and higher than a carousel.
