A designated employee-training site, generally for people selected by an employer for current or future jobs.
A job training site is a place designated for employee training. These are generally not open to public enrollment, rather only to persons preselected by the employer for present or future employment.
Training can be for existing employees or people selected for future employment. Current employment is therefore not required for every participant.
The employer normally selects the participants. A course open to general public enrollment has a different admissions basis.
