concrete

Flooring made of concrete or cement, usually a painted or unimproved structural floorplate.

A concrete floor is a floor formed out of poured or precast concrete or poured cement. It usually refers to an unimproved structural floorplate, without any carpet or additional flooring, although it is still considered concrete if it is merely painted.

Poured and precast forms are both included. The visible floor is commonly the structural floorplate itself rather than a separate finish laid over it.

Paint alone leaves the concrete designation in place. A carpet or another covering over the slab instead introduces an additional flooring material.
