A concert location is a hall, theater, amphitheater, or other facility designated for the performance of live musical concerts in front of a listening audience. This includes sites for rock concerts, vocal performances, folk music performances, recitals, and many other types of music. It may accommodate classical music, but areas dedicated to large orchestral performances are listed separately as symphonic halls. This category generally does not include theatrical presentations such as operas, or nightclubs where live music is performed.

The program can include vocal or instrumental music in many styles. Classical music is included when the venue is not specifically dedicated to the large orchestral role.
