An impact from a falling tree or branches damages a structure partly or completely.
A structure is damaged by a falling tree when a nearby tree or its branches fall on it and causes notable damage. This damage type applies regardless of whether the tree was felled or broken by a storm, by its own death or weakness, or by damage to the tree from human, animal, or parasitic causes.
A branch alone can cause the qualifying impact; the whole tree need not fall. The event requires notable damage to the structure after the tree or branch strikes it.
The reason the tree fell does not change the scope of this event. A storm-felled tree and a tree brought down by human activity can both qualify.
