street-comma-number format

Addresses written with the street name first, then the house number, separated by a comma.

The street-comma-number format describes addresses in which the street name is written first, followed (if available) by the generic street type ("Avenue", "Boulevard", etc.), then followed by a comma, then followed by the house number.

The comma separates the street expression from the following house number. A generic street type, when present, belongs with the street name before that separator.

The street-number format has the same broad component order but omits the comma. The distinction concerns written address syntax rather than the arrangement of numbered properties.
