Bulk storage of raw cement used as a construction binder, excluding finished or packaged cement products.
Cement storage facilities are places for bulk storage of raw cement, a binding agent used in concrete, mortar, and other construction applications. This does not include warehouse storage of any finished or packaged cement products.
Cement is held as the binding material before its use in concrete, mortar, or another application. Storage of completed concrete articles is a different activity.
The material is stored in bulk. Bags or other finished packages held in a warehouse are expressly outside this usage.
