real estate association
An organization to promote common causes among various enrolled property firms.
A real-estate association is a professional association whose members are real estate brokers, agents, developers and similar persons or firms.
The members work in real estate and participate in a common professional organization. Membership does not make the association the owner or manager of every member's properties.
The association role concerns the professional group. An individual member can separately act as a developer, broker, or agent in its own projects and transactions.
