facade installation complete
The final non-window section of the designed facade is installed, completing that part of the enclosure.
The facade installation on a structure is completed when the last section of the facade according to the design (not including windows) is installed in its designated place, and the structure's enclosure is as complete as the design calls for. This event must occur after completion of the framework and before or coincident with the completion of the structure.
Completion is measured against the designed facade. An opening intentionally left in that design is not an unfinished facade section.
Windows have their own final installation event. Completing the non-window facade can therefore be distinct from installing the last window and from the structure's overall completion.
